Amenities (Bastrop)

Our campground is situated right on the banks of the Colorado River which makes us a perfect destination park to relax and spend a few days fishing. This part of the river is located 30 minutes east of Austin, is popular among fly anglers, and offers some of the best bass fishing in the entire area. Use a fly rod and you can also target Rio Grande Cichlids, Common Carp, Buffalo Carp, and more.

By now you probably already know we have a swimming pool that is open seasonally for our guests. A new addition to our campground is this beautiful Splash Pad. There is nothing more wonderful than turning it on for the kids and seeing them have so much fun during a family camping trip. Hope you'll come to enjoy it soon! Open mid-April thru the end of October weather permitting.

During the summer it can get a little warm in Texas. That's why we are so proud of our beautiful swimming pool that is open seasonally for our campers.

Our campground sits directly on the banks of the Colorado River and in addition to our spacious campsites, we offer all of our campers a beautiful riverfront park to enjoy during their stay. From trails to walk your four-legged friends to a playground for the kids, a Bark Park, and endless opportunities for fishing and relaxation, we are the perfect place to spend any vacation.

Of all the amenities we offer at the Bastrop Basin RV Resorts, one of the most popular to this day remains our playground which is located in our riverfront park on the banks of Colorado. Here kids can swing through the air, climb a small rock wall, speed down a slide or just run through the open grass and create their own fun.

Located next to the pool, the Venue has a full-size kitchen that's available for all our guests to use, a pool table, multiple comfortable seating areas, and a TV. Our guests are welcome to use the Venue for a family gathering or just a place to sit and relax.

One of the amenities we offer at Basin RV Resorts is our spacious bathhouse with private showers and a large private ADA bathroom.

Basin RV Resorts has a top-notch laundry facility with commercial washers and dryers for all your washing needs.
